Canadian, US, and European shipping prices are available on our website. Please contact us for quotes outside these areas.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 2-3 business days for normal processing. Orders placed after our shipping cut-off time of 2:30pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Express/Overnight orders will be shipped out immediately after normal processing.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 48-72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our shipping carrier's site.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We cannot accept responsibility for unclaimed shipments.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.
RETURN POLICY
Struck Apparel Inc. will be glad to return/exchange any non-discontinued, unused items. Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags (if any) and in new, unused condition in order to recieve a refund. There are no returns on any clearance/closeout items. We cannot accept returned merchandise 30 days after order has been recieved. All exchanged merchandise will be charged a re-shipping fee unless it was shipped or invoiced incorrectly by our company.
